| What is your support policy? |
| Free bug fixes will be provided to all registered users for at least 12 months via this website. |
| Whats the difference between the annual subscription and the fixed features version? |

The annual subscription is just that. SafeEkids will run for 12 months
only but during those 12months the latest features will become released via email to registered users.
New features released on the annual subscription version may not appear for up to 18months on the fixed features version.
The fixed features version is like any other computer program you can buy off the web or in your local computer shop. It will run for 3 years and comes only with bug fixes for at least a period of 12 months. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that the fixed features version will work with future versions of MS Windows. |
| Why are there two versions of SafeEkids? |
| We wanted to come up with a way to sell SafeEkids that would appeal to both types of customer. Those who prefer to purchase their software once and are content to stick with it can with the fixed features version, those who want the latest features can with the annual subscription. |
| What Windows Operating Systems (versions) will SafeEkids run on? |
| Windows 95 (OSR2), Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Home & Professional. |
| Do you provide a premium support service? |
| At this time no, all support is available for free through this website. |
